3.個案研討提昇社會工作者理性分析能力，問題判定能力。
4.藉時事新聞，認識法律規範，釐清錯誤法律觀念。

課程概述 Course Description
1990年代社會立法進入所謂的擴張期，社會工作介入逐漸地被納入相關法律規定內，而且比重愈來愈吃重。本課程主要在引導同學認識在主要司法領域裡面社會工作所被賦與的角色有哪些，以及探討特殊情境加害人與被害人的處遇議題。
In the 1990s, social legislation entered a so-called expansion period, and social work intervention was gradually included in relevant legal provisions, and its proportion became increasingly important. This course mainly guides students to understand the roles assigned to social work in the main judicial fields, and explores the treatment of perpetrators and victims in special situations.
