藉由說明家庭的各種理論、概念來講授家庭動力，培養學生具備評估與分析家庭的能力，以提升專業效能。「當局者迷、旁觀者清」，從小住在「家庭」這個局之中，有時看不清楚家人的面貌。自幼面對種種家人關係，常為某個家人關係所苦，有時束手無策，因此需先剖析自己的家庭，從檢視自己的家庭開始，仔細分析與每一個家人的關係，一方面有助於與這些家人之間的相處，另一方面又可以更好預備自己，有效經營更多的關係。
對於日後有志於從事「助人」工作的學生，既然要助人，對方一定生活在他/她的家庭裡、都有家人關係網。多認識家庭及家人的關係有助於扮演助人角色。

Teach family dynamics by explaining various theories and concepts of family, and cultivate students' ability to evaluate and analyze families to enhance professional effectiveness. "The authorities are confused, but the bystanders are clear." I have lived in the "family" situation since I was a child, and sometimes I can't see clearly the faces of my family members. Faced with various family relationships since childhood, I often suffer from certain family relationships and sometimes feel helpless. Therefore, I need to analyze my own family first. Start by examining my own family and carefully analyze the relationship with each family member. On the one hand, it will help to get along with these family members. On the other hand, it can better prepare myself and effectively manage more relationships.
For students who are interested in engaging in "helping others" in the future, since they want to help others, the person must live in his/her family and have a family network. Knowing more about family and family relationships can help you play a helping role.

藉由教授家庭動力理論與完成個人自我家庭動力分析作業，培養學生於家庭社會工作中具有評估與分析家庭動力的能力。此課程亦會探討高風險家庭及多元文化家庭等議題，以提升專業效能。

By teaching family dynamics theory and completing personal self-family dynamics analysis assignments, students are trained to have the ability to evaluate and analyze family dynamics in family social work. This course will also explore issues such as high-risk families and multicultural families to enhance professional effectiveness.
