本課程將循理論與實務操作的方式進行：
第一階段：團體領導的相關理論與技巧1.催化團體動力，2.凝聚團體焦點，3.推動團體產生行動的技術，4.團體成效評估技術等。
第二階段：帶領團體工作操作實務，先將全班學生分成8人一小組，共同進行每周一次維期8次的封閉式團體，8位成員輪流扮演團體領導者，揣摩凝聚團體、聚焦團體焦點、團體活動操演等各項臨床實務。
第三階段：特殊團體批判作業，此項訓練的目的在蒐集團體工作運用在不同人口群、採用不同理論架構之設計與作法，目的在擴大同學對本團體工作方法，運用上的知識面，同時利用已學習過的知識嘗試批判文獻中的作法，以深化同學對理論運用的了解。

This course will be conducted based on theory and practical operation:
The first stage: Relevant theories and techniques of group leadership 1. Catalyzing group dynamics, 2. Gathering group focus, 3. Techniques for promoting group action, 4. Group effectiveness evaluation techniques, etc.
The second stage: leading the group work practice, first divide the whole class into groups of 8 people, and conduct closed groups together for 8 times a week. The 8 members take turns to play the role of group leaders, and figure out various clinical practices such as cohesion of the group, focusing on the group focus, and group activity drills.
The third stage: Special group critical assignments. The purpose of this training is to collect the designs and practices of group work applied to different population groups and using different theoretical frameworks. The purpose is to expand students' knowledge of the group's working methods and applications, and at the same time use the knowledge they have learned to try practices in critical literature to deepen students' understanding of the application of theory.

社會團體工作是社會工作的三大方法之一，從一開始立基於社區，以團體的方式解決或改善社區成員社交、經濟或個人的共同困擾，如今團體工作已有更多元的發展，本課程訓練為期一年，將訓練學生達成如下目標：
1.了解社會團體工作的歷史沿革與工作目標
2.介紹常用的社會團體工作之類型
如：支持性團體、體驗性團體、矯治(治療)型團體、任務型團體
3.認識影響團體運作的元素
(1)團體動力
(2)團體領導者的角色與帶領技術
(3) 團體成員與成員需求評估
(4)從經驗團體歷程體驗團體(動力)
4.學習組織團體工作的方法
(1)學習撰寫團體計畫書
(2)學習團體評估的方法

Social group work is one of the three major methods of social work. It was based on the community from the beginning, using a group approach to solve or improve the common social, economic or personal problems of community members. Nowadays, group work has developed in a more diversified way. This course lasts for one year and will train students to achieve the following goals:
1. Understand the history and work goals of social group work
2. Introduce commonly used types of social group work
Such as: support groups, experiential groups, correction (treatment) groups, task-based groups
3. Understand the elements that affect group operations
(1)Group dynamics
(2) The role and leadership skills of group leaders
(3) Group members and member needs assessment
(4) Experience the group from the experience group process (motivation)
4. Learn how to organize group work
(1) Learn to write a group plan
(2) Methods of learning group evaluation
