課程主旨與目標：
本課程為社會學系大學部選修課程。
由於金融專業進入門檻極高，但是影響卻無所不在無所。希冀藉由課程介紹現代金融社會的內涵，以分析何以金融成為資源分配之至高點。且伴隨著全球化的變遷，對政治、經濟、社會造成全面、穿透性的影響與衝擊。
本課程第一部分著重貨幣之緣起、形成與變遷，由個人的錢、家庭的錢為起始，探討貨幣如何貫穿現代社會。第二部份貨幣加入時間與空間以及社會經濟活動等因素後，所形成的金融社會極其關連。第三部份，則是習約俗成的經濟活動，經由國家－法律的涉入，建構而成的遊戲規則－金融法規，亦即所謂的現代金融市場、國家的貨幣政策等。

Course themes and objectives:
This course is an elective course for the undergraduate department of the Department of Sociology.
Because the entry barrier for the financial profession is extremely high, the impact is ubiquitous. It is hoped that the course will introduce the connotation of modern financial society and analyze why finance has become the highest point of resource allocation. And with the changes of globalization, it has had a comprehensive and penetrating influence and impact on politics, economy, and society.
The first part of this course focuses on the origin, formation and changes of money. Starting from personal money and family money, it explores how money runs through modern society. The second part is that after adding factors such as time and space, as well as social and economic activities, money forms an extremely relevant financial society. The third part is the rules of the game-financial regulations constructed through the involvement of the state-law in customary economic activities, which are the so-called modern financial markets, national monetary policies, etc.
