教育目標 Course Target
組織是現代社會無所不在的社會單位。接受大學教育前(或讀社會學前),
對置身的社會組織通常是為理所當然而不加反思,但進入職場前,對於社會組織
的類型、特性得有一定的認識,才能規劃可以安身立命的職涯。本課程將以社會
學的觀點來透視各層面的組織現象,組織制度與組織運作方式,並加深同學對組
織形態的理解。
此外,除少數例外(如社會工作),社會科學相關科系的專長,少有明確對
應的職場,而多數社會科學院的畢業生,甚至專長有明確職場對應的畢業生,就
業也呈現出異質性和多樣性。因此,「培養產業需要的專長」這種教育目標並不
完全適於多數社科領域學生,特別是社會系所的學生,反而應該以「職涯展望‧
學用合一」為教學目標,協助同學建立「職場識能」(occupational literacy),亦
即對職場有更宏觀、更全面但又不失具體的認識,從而根據自己的興趣專長規劃
可以安身立命的職涯。為實現這樣的教學目標,本課程設計「組織專書導讀」及
「組織案例報告」兩個分組報告作業,讓修課者從團隊合作中,建立職場識能和
相關能力。
