本課程介紹民法中重要的概念與法律規範，尤其是廣為行政法所引用的法理，如信賴保護原則、總則篇中關於法律行為無效的問題、債權偏中的契約履行責任之問題、無因管理與不當得利的觀念等，除了讓同學可以處理日常生活中可能發生的私法問題外，亦可以打下未來學習行政法之基礎。此外，本課程將以實例方式教授上述民法基本原則及概念，使學生能從實際案例中，學會法律解決問題的方式。

This course introduces important concepts and legal norms in civil law, especially the legal principles widely cited in administrative law, such as the principle of trust protection, the issue of the invalidity of legal acts in the General Principles, the issue of liability for contractual performance with partial creditor's rights, the concepts of management without cause and unjust enrichment, etc. In addition to allowing students to deal with private law issues that may occur in daily life, it can also lay the foundation for studying administrative law in the future. In addition, this course will teach the above basic principles and concepts of civil law through examples, so that students can learn how to solve problems legally from actual cases.

民法在於解決私法糾紛，即與公權力之運作無關。
人民之日常生活，無不與民法息息相關。諸如買到凶宅、泡水車；學生租賃房屋，房東不是所有權人。本課程在於使同學如何成立一個合法的法律關係，避免日後語意不清，徒增困擾。例如當事人資格，各種法律關係之要件，法律之立法精神。建立基本法律之邏輯觀念，破除以訛傳訛之訊息。同學有了民法基礎，對於其他之法律如商事法、消費者保護法，當可舉一而反三。民法要思考、要累積，非一日可成。同學不可心存僥倖之心，臨陣磨槍，不亮也不光。

Civil law is concerned with resolving private law disputes, that is, it has nothing to do with the operation of public power.
People's daily lives are closely related to civil laws. For example, if you buy a haunted house or a car is flooded; if a student rents a house, the landlord is not the owner. This course aims to teach students how to establish a legitimate legal relationship to avoid confusion and confusion in the future. For example, the qualifications of the parties, the requirements of various legal relationships, and the legislative spirit of the law. Establish the logical concepts of basic laws and eliminate false information. Once students have a foundation in civil law, they can draw inferences about other laws such as commercial law and consumer protection law. Civil law requires thinking and accumulation, and it cannot be accomplished in a day. Students should not take chances and sharpen their guns in the face of battle.
