在都市規模持續擴張、人口持續集中的當代。本課程希望以「都會環境營造」為對象，介紹相關都市規劃理論與實務，內容以傳統的行政機關規劃本位為基礎，結合非營利組織的環境規畫與管理思維，藉此讓學生瞭解都會環境規畫與管理的理論與實務，但更能從課程安排的過程，掌握整體發展趨勢，為都會環境規劃構思更具創新、創意及永續的管理制度與願景。

In the contemporary era when urban scale continues to expand and population continues to concentrate. This course hopes to take "Urban Environment Creation" as an object and introduce relevant urban planning theories and practices. The content is based on the traditional planning standard of administrative agencies and combined with the environmental planning and management thinking of non-profit organizations. This will allow students to understand the theory and practice of urban environmental planning and management. It will also enable students to grasp the overall development trend from the course arrangement process and conceive a more innovative, creative and sustainable management system and vision for urban environmental planning.
