教育目標 Course Target
1、知識：藉由探討公共關係的議題、讓學生從認識公共關係概念、學理，瞭解公共關係對組織內外部影響力，及與社會人群互動之關係。2、技能：學習公共關係規畫能力，規劃公共關係方案，並評估效益。

Knowledge: By exploring public relations issues, students will be able to understand the concepts and academic theories of public relations, understand the influence of public relations on the internal and external organizations, and its interaction with social groups. 2. Skills: Learn public relations planning skills, plan public relations plans, and evaluate benefits.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程探討公共關係的基本概念、相關理論、公共關係執行策略，效益評估，網路通訊對公共關係之衝擊等，並配合隨堂作業，對公共關係事件做評估及探討。
This course explores the basic concepts of public relations, related theories, public relations execution strategies, effectiveness evaluation, the impact of Internet communications on public relations, etc. It also cooperates with class assignments to evaluate and discuss public relations events.
