本課程介紹民主制度運作的基本知識，針對「國會運作與立法程序」相關議題進行初探，並思考我國立法院與立法委員行為的相關議題
This course introduces the basic knowledge of the operation of the democratic system, conducts a preliminary study on issues related to "Congress Operations and Legislative Procedures", and considers issues related to the behavior of our country's Legislative Yuan and legislators.

This course introduces the basic knowledge of the operation of the democratic system, conducts a preliminary exploration of issues related to "Congress Operations and Legislative Procedures", and considers issues related to the behavior of our country's Legislative Yuan and legislators.
