透過系統化知識的講授，從宏觀角度對兩岸政權的意識型態、政治體制、行政制度、文官制度、經濟規劃...等議題，進行系統性的比較性研究，幫助學生了解其差異，為學生日後面對兩岸交流與互動，提供基礎認識。

Through the teaching of systematic knowledge, we conduct systematic comparative research on the ideology, political system, administrative system, civil service system, economic planning, etc. of the cross-Strait regimes from a macro perspective to help students understand their differences and provide students with a basic understanding of cross-Strait exchanges and interactions in the future.

就海峽兩岸的意識型態、政治體制、行政制度、文官制度、兩岸「入世」後之展望等議題進行說明，嘗試以宏觀角度進行比較性研究，為兩岸未來的交流與互動，提供制度性研究的基礎。
