本課程目的主要是讓經濟系大學生了解台灣傳統產業、高科技產業與服務業之發展；並且認識政府產業相關政策、措施與計畫。並且學習系統動態學方法論，進行對產業政策分析與模擬研究。因此首先介紹台灣產業發展並認識政府相關政策；其次培養同學具有政策動態模擬的專業能力。課程大綱主要如下:第一，介紹產業發展個案與政策分析；第二，學習系統動態模式的方法與程序，並且學習使用SD模擬軟體。

The purpose of this course is to allow undergraduates in the Department of Economics to understand the development of Taiwan's traditional industries, high-tech industries and service industries; and to understand government industry-related policies, measures and plans. And learn the system dynamics methodology to conduct industrial policy analysis and simulation research. Therefore, we first introduce Taiwan’s industrial development and understand relevant government policies; secondly, we train students to have the professional ability to simulate policy dynamics. The course outline is mainly as follows: first, introduce industrial development cases and policy analysis; second, learn the methods and procedures of system dynamic model, and learn to use SD simulation software.
