近二十年來，全球國際金融的發展情勢，主要是圍繞在全球化的影響、區域經貿和金融合作等議題。自從2008年金融海嘯之後，金融危機已經從美國，歐洲波及全球並且向實體經濟蔓延，使世界各國都受到不同程度的衝擊和影響。金融危機是國際金融體系在長期演進發展過程中，內部矛盾不斷累積和激化的結果，最後透過金融危機的型式來進行國際金融體系的調整。台灣自1980年代積極追求金融自由化、現代化及國際化之後，國內總體經濟環境勢必會受到國際金融危機的衝擊。期盼透過本課程培訓學生結合國際金融學科知識、思想發現、文字表達、邏輯思考、小組成員溝通和理論分析等能力。增加學生對國際金融課程暸解的廣度。訓練學生分析與寫作技巧。

In the past two decades, the development of global international finance has mainly focused on issues such as the impact of globalization, regional economic and trade and financial cooperation. Since the financial tsunami in 2008, the financial crisis has spread from the United States and Europe to the world and spread to the real economy, causing various countries in the world to be impacted and affected to varying degrees. The financial crisis is the result of the continuous accumulation and intensification of internal contradictions in the long-term evolution and development of the international financial system. Finally, the international financial system is adjusted in the form of a financial crisis. Since Taiwan actively pursued financial liberalization, modernization and internationalization in the 1980s, the overall domestic economic environment is bound to be impacted by the international financial crisis.
