近年來在永續發展及綠色經濟觀念下，綠色創新服務逐漸受到重視，現階段而言企業不只需要節能減碳，更需要綠色創新，才能為產品創造價值、讓人與環境永續共生。有鑑於此，我們期望透過本課程培養學生市場行銷與創新思考、環境系統知識與核心議題與跨科際溝通與學習之能力。課程目標如下：
1.以實際體驗的方式，增進學生對綠色永續的同理心與瞭解。
2.透過綠色服務創新管理的引介，培養判定問題與需求的能力。
3.經由問題解決方案的試擬與教課教師的講評，提高學生問題解決的能力。
4.讓學生了解現階段綠色服務創新管理在實務上之應用能力。

In recent years, under the concept of sustainable development and green economy, green innovative services have gradually received attention. At this stage, companies not only need to save energy and reduce carbon, but also need green innovation to create value for products and create a sustainable symbiosis between people and the environment. In view of this, we hope to cultivate students' marketing and innovative thinking, environmental system knowledge and core issues, and interdisciplinary communication and learning abilities through this course. The course objectives are as follows:
1. Enhance students’ empathy and understanding of green sustainability through practical experience.
2. Cultivate the ability to identify problems and needs through the introduction of green service innovation management.
3. Improve students’ problem-solving abilities through trial drafting of problem solutions and teacher’s comments.
4. Let students understand the practical application capabilities of green service innovation management at the current stage.
