教育目標 Course Target
本課程在介紹如何應用心理學與社會心理學等學科基礎構成之組織行為理論與相關研究成果，以解釋與預測個人在企業組織中的行為。課程目標為：學生在上完這門課時，能(一)說出有關組織行為的基本概念與重要理論；(二)應用相關知識去分析與診斷實務上的問題；(三)規劃並執行組織行為的相關研究。
This course introduces how to apply organizational behavior theory and related research results, which are the basis of psychology and social psychology, to explain and predict individual behavior in corporate organizations. The course objectives are: after taking this course, students will be able to (1) state the basic concepts and important theories about organizational behavior; (2) apply relevant knowledge to analyze and diagnose practical problems; (3) plan and implement related research on organizational behavior.
