本課程主要進行方式為演講及座談，旨在幫助生命科學系的同學有機會聆聽生命科學相關產學研界前輩的職涯及經驗分享，進而思考自己將來前途發展的種種可能性，以及如何在興趣、性向以及能力間找到最佳平衡點，尋得最適合自己的職業方向及一生的志趣，並知道如何善用大學時代種種的資源來裝備自己。

This course is mainly conducted through lectures and discussions. It aims to help students in the Department of Life Sciences have the opportunity to listen to the career and experience sharing of seniors in life science-related industry, academia and research fields, and then think about the various possibilities for their future development, and how to find the best balance between interests, aptitudes and abilities, find the most suitable career direction and life-long ambitions, and know how to make good use of various resources in college to equip themselves.
