教育目標 Course Target
勞工問題錯綜複雜，非一般勞工所能理解，期待同學於短期間內學得有關工作上之權益保障之基本常識，將來在勞工法學之研究領域上得有更進一步的發展，是為本課程之目標。
Labor issues are complex and beyond the understanding of ordinary workers. It is expected that students will learn basic knowledge about the protection of rights and interests at work in a short period of time, and will further develop in the field of labor law research in the future. This is the goal of this course.
課程概述 Course Description
建立有關勞動之基本觀念，一方面使勞工瞭解自已權利義務之所在，另一方面安定社會與經濟秩序。
Establishing basic concepts about labor will, on the one hand, enable workers to understand their rights and obligations, and on the other hand, stabilize social and economic order.
