破產法即將修正，並改名稱為債務清理法，故本課程將就債務清理法修正草案（即原破產法修正草案）與現行破產法之規定條文為對照，從其立法目的、條文對照（差異、曾刪）及理由說明，逐項介紹闡述，使同學能得知修法趨勢，新舊條文不同之重點所在，期使同學在新法修正公布施行時即能適應，縱在畢業後亦能知所因應。The law of destruction will be revised and renamed the Debt Cleanup Law.
