教育目標 Course Target

透過 (1)與餐旅標竿企業之高層部門建立交流管道, (2)參訪餐旅標竿企業, 與(3)與餐旅標竿企業的深度對談,提升學生餐旅管理新知、產業環境分析的能力、及策略性思考之習慣與能力。Through (1) establishing an exchange pipeline with the high-level departments of the catering and tourism labeling rod enterprises, (2) visiting the catering and tourism labeling rod enterprises, and (3) in-depth discussions with the catering and tourism labeling rod enterprises, students' new knowledge on catering and tourism management, industry environment analysis, and their attitudes and capabilities in strategic thinking.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程將藉由一學期中邀請六位講座教授,藉由其產業及官方的立場為碩專班學生帶領目前最新的產業趨勢,分享經營突破的策略及在人資管理、營運模式、連鎖經營及海外拓展版圖的品牌強化議題。在與大師講座的互動過程中,不僅可以學到兩岸標竿企業經營的獨到之處,並且可以多了業界的人際網路拓展,對專業領域或是工作資源將有非常大的幫助。來自政府高層的講者則可以給同學國家政策的大方向,並帶領台灣如何以服務經濟帶出另一階段的發展,官方的講座將有效的帶領同學以更高的角度來看自身企業的發展。 修完本課程,學生將增強以下能力: 1. 借鏡標竿企業的成功模式,導入自身企業以達成經營突破的目的 2. 精準地抓住產業的脈絡,帶領企業進行開拓及改進 3. 學習到成功企業突破困境,解決問題的模式。
This course will share strategies for breakthroughs in business breakthroughs and brand enhancement issues in human resources management, operational models, locked business and overseas expansion pictures through their industry and official standpoints. During the interaction with the teacher, you can not only learn the unique location of cross-strait labeling companies, but also increase the expansion of the industry's international network, which will be of great help to professional fields or work resources. Talkers from high-level governments can teach their classmates the general direction of national policies and lead Taiwan to bring another stage of development through service economy. The official lecture will effectively lead students to see the development of their own enterprises from a higher perspective. After completing this course, students will strengthen the following abilities: 1. Use the successful model of the rod-shaped enterprise to enter their own enterprise to achieve the purpose of operating breakthroughs 2. Accurately grasp the industry's strengths and lead the enterprise to expand and improve 3. Learn the model of successful enterprises breaking through difficulties and solving problems.
