透過 (1)與餐旅標竿企業之高層部門建立交流管道, (2)參訪餐旅標竿企業, 與(3)與餐旅標竿企業的深度對談，提升學生餐旅管理新知、產業環境分析的能力、及策略性思考之習慣與能力。

Through (1) establishing communication channels with high-level departments of benchmark hospitality companies, (2) visiting benchmark hospitality companies, and (3) in-depth conversations with benchmark hospitality companies, students will improve their new knowledge of hospitality management, their ability to analyze industry environments, and their habits and abilities in strategic thinking.

本課程將藉由一學期中邀請六位講座教授，藉由其產業及官方的立場為碩專班學生帶領目前最新的產業趨勢，分享經營突破的策略及在人資管理、營運模式、連鎖經營及海外拓展版圖的品牌強化議題。在與大師講座的互動過程中，不僅可以學到兩岸標竿企業經營的獨到之處，並且可以多了業界的人際網路拓展，對專業領域或是工作資源將有非常大的幫助。來自政府高層的講者則可以給同學國家政策的大方向，並帶領台灣如何以服務經濟帶出另一階段的發展，官方的講座將有效的帶領同學以更高的角度來看自身企業的發展。

修完本課程，學生將增強以下能力: 1. 借鏡標竿企業的成功模式，導入自身企業以達成經營突破的目的 2. 精準地抓住產業的脈絡，帶領企業進行開拓及改進 3. 學習到成功企業突破困境，解決問題的模式。

This course will invite six lecture professors in one semester to lead master's and junior college students on the latest industry trends through their industrial and official positions, sharing strategies for business breakthroughs and brand strengthening issues in human resource management, operating models, chain operations and overseas expansion. During the interaction with the master lectures, you can not only learn the unique features of the management of benchmark enterprises on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, but also expand your network in the industry, which will be of great help to professional fields or work resources. Speakers from high-level government officials can give students the general direction of national policies and lead Taiwan on how to bring another stage of development through the service economy. Official lectures will effectively lead students to view the development of their own enterprises from a higher perspective.

After completing this course, students will enhance the following abilities: 1. Learn from the successful models of benchmark companies and introduce them into their own companies to achieve business breakthroughs 2. Accurately grasp the context of the industry and lead companies to develop and improve 3. Learn the models of successful companies to break through difficulties and solve problems.
