府際關係日國內行政學術界與實務界近年來新興的研究課題。就國內情勢而言，精省工程、「921」震災與重建、行政改革會議，以及近日通過的「四都」等議題，均對於台灣府際關係的發展產生深遠的影響。本課程首先深入地探討府際關係的核心與相關議題，然後企圖以國家機關與社會互動的觀點，來檢驗台灣府際關係的發展與趨勢。

Government relations A new research topic in the administrative and practical circles in Japan in recent years. As far as the domestic situation is concerned, the Jingzhou Project, the "921" earthquake and reconstruction, administrative reform conference, and the "Four Capitals" recently passed have had a profound impact on the development of Taiwan's government relations. This course first explores the core and related issues of government relations in depth, and then explores the development and trends of government relations in Taiwan with the perspectives of national and social interaction.
