教育目標 Course Target
領導是一門學科，有相關的理論與研究可以參考;領導更是一種生命價值的展現，需要學習、改變與實踐。這門課程除了幫助學生進行相關的研究之外，也希望透過閱讀與討論，師生共同提升自己的生命，以發揮人際影響力的方式從事領導與溝通的工作。
Leadership is a subject that has relevant theories and research to refer to; leadership is also an exhibition of life value, which requires learning, change and practice. In addition to helping students conduct relevant research, this course also hopes that through reading and discussion, students can work together to improve their lives and work on leadership and communication in a way that can stimulate human influence.
