教育目標 Course Target
在現今的社會工作領域裡，方案規劃與評估是社工員必備的工作技能、是獲取社會資源的重要工具，更是社會工作展現專業能力的重要方法。也因此，本課程希望達到以下目的：一、讓修課同學回顧自己如何理解與看待方案設計與評估這項技能、工具。二、藉由實際案例的討論，讓修課同學體會及學習方案的「邏輯思考」。三、藉由自己及同學的報告，讓修課同學了解自己在進行方案規劃與評估時哪裡卡住了、可以如何處理改進。四、能夠完成一份真正貼近服務對象的方案。
In today's social work field, planning and evaluation are essential work skills for social workers, an important tool for gaining social resources, and an important way for social work to demonstrate professional abilities. Therefore, this course hopes to achieve the following purposes: 1. Let students in the course review how they understand and view the design of the plan and evaluate this skill and tool. 2. Through discussion of actual cases, "Rules" of classmates and learning plans. 3. Through your own and your classmates’ reports, let your classmates understand where they are stuck when planning and evaluating the plan and how to deal with it. 4. Be able to complete a plan that truly approves the service target.
