教育目標 Course Target

本課程目標有二: 1. 加強學生對於個案工作流程的操作概念與技巧,尤其注重:預估 (assessment), 處遇計畫 (planning)以及處遇 (intervention)的概念與操作。 2. 協助學生對自己曾處理過的個案經驗中,反思自己的個案工作實務操作概念與技巧。This course has two goals: 1. Strengthen students’ operational concepts and skills in case work processes, with special emphasis on: the concepts and operations of assessment, planning and intervention. 2. Assist students to reflect on their practical case work concepts and techniques based on their case experience.


課程概述 Course Description

「個案工作研究」之課程設計為碩博選修課程,本課程之教學目的:希望能在「社會工作實務」與「學術知識研究」之間建構一個橋樑,透過學習實證研究的理論知識及研究方法,促使學生從社會工作實務中發想研究主題、運用相關理論觀點,並逐步發展出切實可行之介入研究設計,運用科學的研究方法,將實務智慧轉化為知識通則,進而增進案主的最終福祉。 本課程教學目標主要在協助學生了解實證研究(Evidence-based Research)的核心概念與知識典範 ; 協助學生熟悉社會工作介入研究(social work intervention research)的知識典範與方法論 ; 於社會工作實務的基礎上,透過一系列的步驟:問題意識的發想、相關理論的運用、介入研究的設計與執行,將實務智慧轉化爲知識通則 ; 協助學生從社會工作實務中,致力於建構具有實證支持的實務通則,以作為其他社會工作者的參考原則,進而對社會工作直接服務有所貢獻,藉由研究成果來增進案主的最終福祉。
The course "Case Work Research" is designed as an elective course for master's and doctoral students. The teaching purpose of this course is to build a bridge between "social work practice" and "academic knowledge research" by learning the theoretical knowledge and research methods of empirical research. , prompting students to develop research topics from social work practice, use relevant theoretical perspectives, and gradually develop practical intervention research designs. Use scientific research methods to transform practical wisdom into general knowledge, thereby enhancing the ultimate well-being of clients. . The teaching objectives of this course are mainly to help students understand the core concepts and knowledge models of evidence-based research; to help students become familiar with the knowledge models and methodologies of social work intervention research; on the basis of social work practice , through a series of steps: the creation of problem awareness, the application of relevant theories, the design and execution of interventional research, and the transformation of practical wisdom into general knowledge; Assist students in constructing general practice principles with empirical support from social work practice, so as to serve as reference principles for other social workers, thereby contributing to direct social work services, and improving the ultimate well-being of clients through research results.
