公共政策是政策科學的基礎，也是本班重要必修科目。本課程之目的，係透過系統性之介紹，將公共政策之相關概念，配合第三部門管理相關政策議題之研討，以結合理論與實務。
本課程之目的，有下列主要目標：

2. 理解公共政策運作之過程
3. 瞭解公共政策運作之相關理論與思考模式
4. 理解政策形成之關鍵因素
5. 認識政策決定之相關模型
6. 瞭解現代民主社會政策運作過程與影響
7. 公共政策對於第三部門相關議題之分析

Public policy is the foundation of policy science and an important compulsory subject in this class. The purpose of this course is to provide reasonable discussion and practice through systematic introductions, and to coordinate with the discussion of relevant policy issues in Part III management.
The purpose of this course has the following main goals:
1. Understand the basic definition of public policy
2. Understand the process of public policy operation
3. Understand the relevant theories and thinking patterns of public policy operations
4. Understand the key factors in policy formation
5. Relevant models for understanding policy decisions
6. Understand the operational processes and impacts of modern democratic social policies
