本門課將提供績效管理理論與實務的意涵與實際作法，以建構學習者對於績效管理整體性的觀念與理解。此外經由老師授課與挑選相關學術文章導讀，並讓每位同學確實地實際進行績效管理專題研究，以期望學生在學習後，應具備在績效管理範疇的整合應用與思考判斷能力，甚至具備發展創新可實現的績效管理議題。This course will provide the meaning and practical methods of performance management theory and practice to construct learners' concepts and understanding of the integrity of performance management.
