本門課將提供績效管理理論與實務的意涵與實際作法，以建構學習者對於績效管理整體性的觀念與理解。此外經由老師授課與挑選相關學術文章導讀，並讓每位同學確實地實際進行績效管理專題研究，以期望學生在學習後，應具備在績效管理範疇的整合應用與思考判斷能力，甚至具備發展創新可實現的績效管理議題。This course will provide the implications and practical approaches of performance management theory and practice to construct learners' concepts and understanding of the overall performance management. In addition, the teacher teaches and selects relevant academic articles for reading, and each student can conduct actual research on performance management topics, so as to expect students to have the ability to integrate and apply the performance management scope and think and judge after learning, and even develop innovative and realistic performance management topics.
