本課程的目標，在於協助同學瞭解政府與企業的互動關係與相關的說法，因而在課程設計上，首先從「國家」與「市場」兩大基本概念的認識與比較出發，逐步瞭解政府相關管制性政策與企業團體遊說運作對政企關係的影響，及其改變公共政策之方式，進而討論此二者的相互影響力在國家整體發展過程中的消長趨勢，期使同學除了能夠掌握政企互動，更能進一步在整合性的政治經濟學理論架構上，從兩岸關係、全球化等角度切入，來討論與解析政府與企業的互動問題。The purpose of this course is to help students understand the interaction between the government and enterprises and related terms. Therefore, in the course design, we first develop from the understanding and comparison of the two basic concepts of "country" and "market", and gradually understand the impact of government-related regulatory policies and enterprise group game talks on government-enterprise relations, and its changes in public The way of communist policies further discusses the growth trends of the mutual influence of the two in the overall development of the country, so that students can not only master government-enterprise interaction, but also further explore the inter-strait relations and globalization from the perspectives of integrated political and economic theory, and discuss and analyze the interaction problems between the government and enterprises.
