本課程的目標，在於協助同學瞭解政府與企業的互動關係與相關的說法，因而在課程設計上，首先從「國家」與「市場」兩大基本概念的認識與比較出發，逐步瞭解政府相關管制性政策與企業團體遊說運作對政企關係的影響，及其改變公共政策之方式，進而討論此二者的相互影響力在國家整體發展過程中的消長趨勢，期使同學除了能夠掌握政企互動，更能進一步在整合性的政治經濟學理論架構上，從兩岸關係、全球化等角度切入，來討論與解析政府與企業的互動問題。The goal of this course is to help students understand the interactive relationship between the government and enterprises and related terms. Therefore, in the course design, we first start from the understanding and comparison of the two basic concepts of "state" and "market", and gradually understand the relevant government controls. The impact of sexual policies and lobbying operations of corporate groups on government-enterprise relations and their changes in public relations policy approach, and then discuss the growth and decline trends of the mutual influence between the two in the overall development process of the country. It is hoped that in addition to mastering the interaction between government and enterprises, students can further learn from the cross-strait perspective on the theoretical framework of integrated political economics. We will discuss and analyze the interaction between government and enterprises from the perspectives of relationships and globalization.
