教育目標 Course Target

教學目的:本課程以比較及發展行政為主要範圍,其意圖在探討世界主要的國家:例如已開發的工業國家及開發中國家如何利用其政府組織結構〈也包括非營利組織〉及其行政管理技能來達成國家發展之目標。吾人均體會到在改變日益劇烈的社會裡,人民的需求逐漸增加,而政府組織將如何面對快速變遷的壓力,提升其管理的技巧及組織的效能以擔負起應盡之責任,在未來的時代中對公共行政學者及實務者而言,上述的問題將會成為最迫切的課題。總而言之,本課程將透過發展的研究架構及比較的途徑,以達到他山之石可攻錯的效應,並提升臺灣政府的治理能力(Governance)。Teaching purposes: This course focuses on comparative and development administration. Its purpose is to explore how major countries in the world, such as developed industrial countries and developing countries, use their government organizational structures (including non-profit organizations) and their administrative management. skills to achieve national development goals. We all realize that in a society that is changing increasingly fiercely, people's needs are gradually increasing, and how government organizations will face the pressure of rapid changes and improve their management skills and organizational effectiveness to shoulder their due responsibilities. In the future, For public administration scholars and practitioners in this era, the above-mentioned issues will become the most pressing issues. All in all, this course will use the development of research framework and comparative approach to achieve the effect of attacking others and improve the governance capabilities of the Taiwanese government.
