The purpose of this course is to explore the relationship between international politics and international economics. Furthermore, this course intends to bring international economic issues into international politics domain and discuss these issues from political scientists point of view. As students of political science, the impact of international politics on international economics will be the major concern throughout the whole semester. Although there are several sub-fields in international economics, this course will primarily focus on the area of international trade.
