教育目標 Course Target
由於市場之變革與科技的進步，企業購併與重組的活動與日俱增，影響之層面亦愈來愈廣。本課程介紹購併與重組之重要觀念: 從購併之種類、成敗因素探討、購併策略、價值評估、購併的風險管理、至價值創造策略等。由不同觀點來研討，配合購併實證研究與個案研討，使購併與重組之概念完整呈現，協助提升企業價值。上課主要以研討方式進行。
Due to market changes and technological advancement, corporate mergers and acquisitions and reorganization activities are increasing day by day, and their impact is becoming wider and wider. This course introduces the important concepts of mergers and acquisitions: from types of mergers and acquisitions, discussion of success and failure factors, merger and acquisition strategies, value assessment, risk management of mergers and acquisitions, to value creation strategies, etc. Discussions from different perspectives, combined with empirical research on mergers and acquisitions and case studies, fully present the concepts of mergers and acquisitions and reorganization, helping to enhance corporate value. Classes are mainly conducted in the form of seminars.
