教育目標 Course Target
由於市場之變革與科技的進步，企業購併與重組的活動與日俱增，影響之層面亦愈來愈廣。本課程介紹購併與重組之重要觀念: 從購併之種類、成敗因素探討、購併策略、價值評估、購併的風險管理、至價值創造策略等。由不同觀點來研討，配合購併實證研究與個案研討，使購併與重組之概念完整呈現，協助提升企業價值。上課主要以研討方式進行。
Due to market changes and technological advancements, corporate purchase and reorganization activities are increasing day by day, and the impact is becoming more and more widespread. This course introduces important concepts of purchasing and reorganization: from types of purchasing, exploration of success factors, purchasing strategies, value evaluation, purchasing risk management, value creation strategies, etc. Discussed by different perspectives, cooperate with the procurement and implementation of certification research and case discussion, so that the concept of purchase and reorganization is fully presented, and helps to enhance corporate value. The courses are mainly conducted through seminars.
