由於市場之變革與科技的進步,企業購併與重組的活動與日俱增,影響之層面亦愈來愈廣。本課程介紹購併與重組之重要觀念: 從購併之種類、成敗因素探討、購併策略、價值評估、購併的風險管理、至價值創造策略等。由不同觀點來研討,配合購併實證研究與個案研討,使購併與重組之概念完整呈現,協助提升企業價值。上課主要以研討方式進行。Due to market changes and technological advancements, corporate purchase and reorganization activities are increasing day by day, and the impact is becoming more and more widespread.
