Due to market changes and technological advancement, mergers and acquisitions and reorganization activities are increasing day by day, and their impact is becoming wider and wider. This course introduces students to the important concepts of mergers and acquisitions: from mergers and acquisitions procedures, mergers and acquisitions strategy processes, legal structures, mergers and acquisitions theories, value evaluation, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions strategies, to company value creation. Discussions from different perspectives, combined with empirical research on mergers and acquisitions, fully present the work structure of mergers and acquisitions and reorganization, helping to enhance corporate value. Classes are mainly conducted in the form of seminars.
