債券市場之範圍相當廣泛，除一般所認知的傳統債券市場外，還包含債券（利率）衍生性商品、可轉換證券、資產證券化、結構型商品、債券型基金等相關市場。本課程旨在分析台灣債券市場上各類債券之評價與投資實務，並進而導入前述固定收益創新商品之觀念；在教學上，除一般理論之講解外，更著重目前台灣債券市場之實務介紹與模擬，期能使學生具備進入債券市場之知識與投入債券職場之利基。The scope of the bond market is quite wide. In addition to the commonly recognized traditional bond market, it also includes bond (interest rate) derivative commodities, convertible securities, asset securitization, structural commodities, bond funds and other related markets. This course aims to analyze the evaluation and investment practices of various types of bonds in the Taiwan bond market, and then introduce the concept of the aforementioned fixed income innovative commodities. In teaching, in addition to the explanation of general theory, it also focuses on the current practical introduction and simulation of the Taiwan bond market, hoping to enable students to have the knowledge and niche of entering the bond market and investing in the bond market.
廣義的固定收益商品，指的是現金流量或商品價值與利率連動的金融商品。本課程主要目的，即在於深入介紹固定收益商品的各種特性、評價方法、交易策略，以及債券價格所隱含的利率期間結構。除了理論的介紹外，課程重點尤其會放在債券市場的實務運作，以及市場上各類固定收益商品的介紹與操作策略，期使學生在理論與實務操作上皆能有具體的認識。
A broad fixed income commodity refers to a financial commodity that connects cash flow or commodity value and interest rate. The main purpose of this course is to in-depth introduction to the various characteristics, evaluation methods, trading strategies of fixed income commodities, and the interest rate period structure contained in the bond prices. In addition to theoretical introduction, the course focuses especially on the practical operation of the bond market, as well as the introduction and operation strategies of various fixed income commodities in the market, so that students can have specific understanding of theory and practical operations.
