生產/服務、行銷、人力資源管理、研發、及財務為企業運作所需之基本功能，然企業運作績效之優劣，有賴於對上述基本功能內含之關鍵決策進行妥善與適切的整體規劃與設計。本課程之主旨在讓學習者透過本課程，學習企業關鍵流程與決策的分析與辨識，在建立對企業整體運作的認識與理解之後，發展安排企業關鍵決策與政策在本末、輕重、先後、緩急等構面上的整體規劃與設計能力。Production/service, marketing, human resource management, research and development, and finance are the basic functions required for enterprise operations. However, the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise operations are responsible for proper and appropriate overall planning and design for the key decisions contained in the above basic functions. The purpose of this course is to enable learners to analyze and identify the key processes and decisions of enterprises through this course, and after establishing an understanding and understanding of the overall operation of the enterprise, it will develop the overall planning and design capabilities of the key decisions and policies of enterprises in terms of the main, light, priority, and urgent aspects.
