The goal of this course is to teach students what system chips (SoCs) are and to learn how to design system chips. Through this course, students can understand the current difficulties and bottles of system chip design, and how to solve the problems in system chip design.
System chip design begins with an overview and introduces a series of design processes, including system chip design process, platform design method, software and hardware joint design, real-time operation system, system chip testing and other units. By understanding the various components, we will be familiar with the overall design process of system chips. In addition to teaching in the classroom, this course also requires students to explore and report on the current development of system chips, so that students can master the design trends of system chips. In addition, this course is also arranged to practice so that students can fully understand the system chip design process.
