本課程主要在剖析公開金鑰基礎建設(PKI)，其中包含公開金鑰密碼學之奧密、電子憑證之功能、架構，以及憑證之信任關係與層級關係。課程尚包含部分實驗操作，使用OpenSSL軟體以設置CA，並發行次級憑證以達到文件傳遞(如Email, https)簽章及加密之目的，使課程理論與實務相結合，進而強化管理知能。

This course mainly analyzes the public key basic construction (PKI), which includes the secrets of public key passwords, the functions and structures of electronic certificates, as well as the trust relationship and level relationships of certificates. The course also includes some experiments, using OpenSSL software to set up CAs, and issuing secondary certificates to achieve the purpose of document transmission (such as email, https) signing and encryption, so that the course theory and practice can be combined to enhance management knowledge.
