1.教導碩士班同学環境管理之基本知識與工具 2.讓學生瞭解環境系統分析與管理的基本原理，知道如何應用環境系統分析在於環境管理問題上。課程內容包含介紹環境法令與組織、環境影響評估與管理與生態環境管理、環境規劃技術（經濟分析與作業研究）與環境資訊分析的原理。
1. Teach master's students the basic knowledge and tools of environmental management. 2.
