This course explores the core issues of human resource management from an enterprise perspective, including: recruitment selection, training development, performance evaluation, and salary and benefits and other topics. Through the introduction and discussion of enterprise cases, students can cultivate planning and departmental development and self-realization capabilities to prepare corporate human resources functions.
