教育目標 Course Target
1.本課程以企業的角度探討人力資源管理之核心議題，包括：招募甄選、訓練發展、績效評估、及薪酬福利等主題之學理應用及實務展開。透過企業案例之導入與研討，培養學生具備企業人力資源功能之規劃及部門展開與自我實踐能力。
2.績效評估是實現企業的整體目標，是對一個正在從事經營的企業，提出一個衡量的標準，加以評估其組織的績效
1. This course explores the core issues of human resource management from an enterprise perspective, including: recruitment selection, training development, performance evaluation, and salary and benefits and other topics. Through the introduction and discussion of enterprise cases, students can cultivate planning and departmental development and self-realization capabilities to prepare corporate human resources functions.
2. Performance evaluation is the overall goal of realizing the enterprise. It is to propose a measurement standard for an enterprise that is engaged in business and evaluate its organization's performance.
