1.本課程以企業的角度探討人力資源管理之核心議題,包括:招募甄選、訓練發展、績效評估、及薪酬福利等主題之學理應用及實務展開。透過企業案例之導入與研討,培養學生具備企業人力資源功能之規劃及部門展開與自我實踐能力。
2.績效評估是實現企業的整體目標,是對一個正在從事經營的企業,提出一個衡量的標準,加以評估其組織的績效1. This course explores the core issues of human resource management from an enterprise perspective, including: academic application and practical development of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, etc. Through the introduction and discussion of corporate cases, students are trained to have the ability to plan, develop, and practice departments of corporate human resources functions.
2. Performance evaluation is to achieve the overall goal of the enterprise. It is to propose a measurement standard for an ongoing enterprise to evaluate the performance of its organization.
