在環境永續、能源永續的全球重視議題下,2009 – 2010年兩岸太陽光電發展進入快速成長期,亞洲地區也成為全球最主要太陽光電供應區,但供應鏈與主要需求市場歐洲距離遙遠。本課程希望針對替代能源 (如太陽能) 產業的市場需求、生產製造、供應鏈結構、環保等特性,有系統地研究與發展替代能源產業的綠色供應鏈設計、規劃與管理模式。相對於以往的供應鏈管理 (SCM) 較強調自供應商取得物品傳送至顧客手中的一連串活動的「正向物流」,綠色供應鏈管理 (GSCM)更應兼顧「逆向物流」。Under the global emphasis on environmental sustainability and energy sustainability, the development of solar photovoltaics on both sides of the Taiwan Strait entered a period of rapid growth from 2009 to 2010. Asia has also become the world's most important solar photovoltaic supply area, but the supply chain is far away from the main demand market, Europe. This course hopes to systematically research and develop the green supply chain design, planning and management model of the alternative energy industry based on the market demand, production and manufacturing, supply chain structure, environmental protection and other characteristics of the alternative energy (such as solar energy) industry. Compared with the previous supply chain management (SCM) that emphasized "forward logistics" in a series of activities that obtain items from suppliers and deliver them to customers, green supply chain management (GSCM) should also take into account "reverse logistics."
