在環境永續、能源永續的全球重視議題下,2009 – 2010年兩岸太陽光電發展進入快速成長期,亞洲地區也成為全球最主要太陽光電供應區,但供應鏈與主要需求市場歐洲距離遙遠。本課程希望針對替代能源 (如太陽能) 產業的市場需求、生產製造、供應鏈結構、環保等特性,有系統地研究與發展替代能源產業的綠色供應鏈設計、規劃與管理模式。相對於以往的供應鏈管理 (SCM) 較強調自供應商取得物品傳送至顧客手中的一連串活動的「正向物流」,綠色供應鏈管理 (GSCM)更應兼顧「逆向物流」。Under the global emphasis on the continuous environment and energy, the development of cross-strait solar optoelectronics entered a period of rapid growth in 2009-2010, and the Asian region has also become the world's largest solar optoelectronics supply area, but the supply chain and the main demand market are far away from Europe. This course hopes to systematically study and develop green supply chain design, planning and management models for alternative energy industries such as market demand, production and manufacturing, supply chain structure, and environmental protection of alternative energy industries. Compared with previous supply chain management (SCM), the "positive logistics" that emphasizes a series of activities from the supplier's acquisition of items and the delivery of goods to customers, Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) also applies "reverse logistics".
