本課程主旨在於幫助研究生對分子細胞生物學的發現歷史與研究方法論有深入的認識,以期學生瞭解細胞分子作用機轉以及相關之分析技術,上課內容著重在(1) Cell organization and movement; (2) How cells are integrated into tissues; (3) Molecular genetics; (4) Cell signalings (5) Cell membrane and vesicle trafficking.The purpose of this course is to help graduate students have an in-depth understanding of the history of discovery and research methods of molecular cell biology, in order to understand the transformation of cell molecular mechanisms and related analytical techniques. The purpose of this course is to help graduate students have an in-depth understanding of the history of discovery and research methods of molecular cell biology, in order to understand the transformation of cell molecular action mechanisms and related analytical technologies. This course is mainly based on Molecular Cell Biology (Lodish et al, 6th edition). The course includes lectures and oral reports, and will focus on understanding the structure, function, signal transmission and molecular control mechanism of cells.
