本課程以碩、博士班學生為主要授課對象,內容主要為大學部儀器分析課程中毛細管電泳相關技術之延伸。在一學期三學分的課程中,學生將先學習六種毛細管電泳之實驗原理原理及相關應用,後半部則以介紹各式毛細管電泳儀器的架設概念以及目前主流技術。This course is mainly taught to master's and doctoral students, and the content is mainly an extension of capillary electrophoresis-related technologies in the instrumental analysis course at the undergraduate level. In this one-semester, three-credit course, students will first learn the experimental principles and related applications of six types of capillary electrophoresis. The second half will introduce the concepts of setting up various capillary electrophoresis instruments and current mainstream technologies.
