教育目標 Course Target

本課程的目標在於引導學生循序漸進地從中國佛學的發展脈絡來理解早期中國中觀學派的發展,而後深入探討三論宗的哲學理論。因此本課程規劃從學習鳩摩羅什的般若與中觀哲學開始,引導學生逐步深入閱讀三論宗所依據的根本典籍(如《中論》、《十二門論》與《百論》等),在此基礎下再深入探究三論宗哲學的核心文獻(如《三論玄義》與《大乘玄論》等)。由於本課程為研究所的課程,除了引導學生深入理解三論宗的哲學理論之外,獨立閱讀與詮釋原典之能力的培養更是本課程的重要目標。因此,本課程規劃每個課題的研討均包含初步的理解、深入的討論以及引導學生獨立閱讀與詮釋相關的原典與文本等三個部份,希望藉由這樣的訓練,培養學生的批判思考與獨立研究能力。The goal of this course is to guide students step by step to understand the development of the early Chinese Madhyamaka school from the development context of Chinese Buddhism, and then to deeply explore the philosophical theory of the Three Treatises. Therefore, this course plan starts from studying Kumarajiva's Prajna and Madhyamaka philosophy, and guides students to gradually and in-depth reading of the basic classics based on the Three Commentaries (such as "Middle Theory", "Twelve Doors" and "Hundred Commentaries", etc. ), and on this basis, we will further explore the core documents of the Three Treatises philosophy (such as "The Mysterious Theory of the Three Treatises" and "The Mysterious Theory of the Mahayana", etc.). Since this course is a graduate course, in addition to guiding students to deeply understand the philosophical theories of the Three Treatises School, cultivating the ability to independently read and interpret original texts is an important goal of this course. Therefore, this course plans the discussion of each topic to include three parts: preliminary understanding, in-depth discussion, and guiding students to independently read and interpret relevant original classics and texts. It is hoped that through such training, students can cultivate their critical thinking and Independent research ability.
