2.『台日基層社区交流』は、日本や台湾の各基層コミュニティーの各活動の参加を通して、学生がコミュニティーの問題点や意義を理解し、問題解決に向けてのコミュニケーション力を培うほか、台湾と日本の基層コミュニティーの交流の架け橋としての役割も果たせようとする。
