教育目標 Course Target

1. 了解目前中學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題。 2. 認識教育實習的角色與任務。 3. 掌握教育實習教師檢定及教師甄試之知能。 4. 提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。 5. 培養同儕相互教學回饋及共同學習合作之態度。1. Understand the current teaching, class management, administration and other general situations and issues in secondary schools. 2. Aware of the roles and tasks of educational practice. 3. Master the knowledge and ability of educational practice teacher identification and teacher testing. 4. Improve the ability to develop professional self-education and create teaching files. 5. Cultivate the attitude of mutual teaching and cooperation between classmates.


課程概述 Course Description

這門課主要是對即將步入教育實習的學生們作準備,透過這門課的學習討論,瞭解目前中等學校之教學、班級經營、行政等相關問題;學生們亦將了解教育實習可能面臨的情境問題及可能的處理方式,以期學生進入教育實習機構能快速適應學習並發揮所長,增加教育專業能力。
This course is mainly for students who are about to enter the education practice. Through the learning discussion of this course, we will understand the current teaching, class management, administration and other related issues in secondary schools. Students will also understand the situational problems that may be encountered in the education practice and possible treatment methods, so that students can quickly adapt to their learning and develop their seniority when entering the education practice organization, and increase their professional education ability.
