使學生了解非訟事件與民事訴訟事件之基本差異，並學習有關法院處理非訟事件之理論與實務。
To enable students to understand the basic differences between non-litigation matters and civil litigation matters, and to learn the theory and practice of courts handling non-litigation matters.
