融、建築、環境工程、工業工程或資訊工程等...整合)，強調「學群整合教學」、「案例
式教學」與「理論與實務結合教學」，積極培育具備解決企業法律問題能力之專業人才，

近年來證券市場蓬勃發展，證券投資人與交易量均大幅增加，使得證券市場中所出現之各種弊端及運作機制備受各界重視，為使同學能深入認識證券市場運作之規範理論與實務，並能掌握時事分析相關議題，特開闢此一課程。而課程中將對有價證券之發行、證券市場的運作、公開發行公司之管理規範、證券市場不法行為、投資人保護等各項議題輔以實例加以介紹。而本課程之進行主要以講授為主，討論為輔，並將邀請學者專家參與課程之進行，鼓勵學生認真參與課堂討論，以求理論與實務並重。
