教導學生了解、熟悉民事訴訟(包括非訟事件)及刑事訴訟之實務處理，結合實體法與程序法於一爐，並學習書狀之撰寫，欣賞、評論，以利日後司法實務運作之處理。

Teach students to understand and become familiar with the practical handling of civil litigation (including non-litigation matters) and criminal litigation, combine substantive law and procedural law, and learn how to write, appreciate and comment on pleadings to facilitate future judicial practice operations.

本課程包含非訟事件、民事訴訟事件、刑事訴訟事件之實務運作及相關書狀之撰寫，欣賞、評論，結合實體法與程序法於一爐，使學生了悉民事訴訟(包括非訟事件)及刑事訴訟之實際運作及其相關書狀之寫作技巧，以利日後司法實務運作之處理。

This course covers the practical operation of non-litigation matters, civil litigation matters, criminal litigation matters and the writing, appreciation and commentary of relevant pleadings. It combines substantive law and procedural law to enable students to understand the actual operation of civil litigation (including non-litigation matters) and criminal litigation and the writing skills of related pleadings, so as to facilitate the handling of future judicial practice operations.
