教導學生了解、熟悉民事訴訟(包括非訟事件)及刑事訴訟之實務處理，結合實體法與程序法於一爐，並學習書狀之撰寫，欣賞、評論，以利日後司法實務運作之處理。Teach students to understand and be familiar with the actual handling of civil lawsuits (including non-investigation incidents) and criminal lawsuits, combine physical law and procedural law into one, and learn to write books, appreciate and comment to facilitate the handling of future judicial practice operations.
本課程包含非訟事件、民事訴訟事件、刑事訴訟事件之實務運作及相關書狀之撰寫，欣賞、評論，結合實體法與程序法於一爐，使學生了悉民事訴訟(包括非訟事件)及刑事訴訟之實際運作及其相關書狀之寫作技巧，以利日後司法實務運作之處理。
