教導學生於現代資訊化社會，大量使用網際網路之情況下，如何保護自己之個人資料不被濫行蒐集使用致使自己權利受損，已為重要之問題。教導學生認識個人資料的本質為何及如何保護自己之個人資料不被違法利用，為本課程之首要目標。Teaching students how to protect their personal data from being collected and used by modern information society and causing their rights to be damaged is an important problem. Teaching students how to understand the nature of personal data and how to protect their personal data from being illegally used is the primary goal of this course.
