本課程之授課目的，在於對法律之概念、內容及其一般之原理原則，以至於法律思想等，作初步之介紹，使同學能夠鳥瞰法律學之構造。The purpose of this course is to give a preliminary introduction to the concept, content, general principles and principles of law, and even legal thoughts, so that students can take a look at the structure of law.
授課對象：法律系正科學生。授課內容：啟發學生認識研究法學任務，講解法學的基本概念與原理原則。法學是社會生活的科學。人與人從事工商交易、成立家庭、養育子女、承繼遺產以及參與政府組織、享用公共資源、行使公民權利、擔負社會義務時，均會受到法律之規範。因此，可以說法律是我們日常公、私生活不可或缺之科學。本課程即介紹公、私生活所必要的法學知識。
