教育目標 Course Target

教導學生了解行政訴訟程序與國家賠償法之理論，並隨課程進度進行實務案例之討論，增加學生之專業知識和知曉實務現況，以期有助於學生將來投入司法體系、政府機關或民間企業發揮專長。

Teach students to understand the theory of administrative lawsuit procedures and national compensation law, and discuss practical cases according to the progress of the course, increase students' professional knowledge and practical realities, in order to help students become professional in judicial systems, government agencies or private enterprises.

課程概述 Course Description

憲法第十六條規定：「人民有請願、訴願、訴訟之權」，在法治國基本思想之要求下，「有權利必有救濟」之理念深植人心。行政救濟係指人民因行政機關之違法或不當行為，致其權益受損害，而向國家請求申訴之制度。

Article 16 of the Law stipulates: "The people have the right to ask for permission, complain, and complain." Under the requirements of the basic idea of ​​rule of law, the concept of "rights must save economy" is deeply rooted in people's hearts. Administrative economic relief refers to the system in which the people seek complaints from the country due to illegal or improper behaviors caused by administrative affairs.
