本課程預定的學習目標：
本課程按刑事訴訟之實際流程，直接由偵查切入，依序談論起訴及審判階段之法定要件及諸項論點，而總論性之概念則依體系穿插其中介紹，較能引發學生之學習興趣及效果。同時，注重同學邏輯思考能力的訓練，使學生能夠將所學應用於實務運作中。
