本課程針對大三學生，併用學說理論解說與案例實作之教學方式，期待建立修課學生基礎法學素養與思考模式培養，並培養對於我國民事契約法律之興趣。

This course provides junior high school students with teaching methods of academic explanation and case practice. We look forward to establishing basic legal cultivation and thinking mode for students in the course, and cultivating interest in civil contract laws in our country.

明瞭各種法定契約類型的相關理論與實務問題，並從其中學習與反思法學思考模式。

Understand the relevant theories and practical issues of various statutory contract types, and learn and reflect on the legal thinking model from them.
