教育目標 Course Target

1.首先介紹認識模型所需的材料及使用的相關機械設備 2.能正確的選擇機械設備來輔助模型的製作 3.事先規劃好加工製造的程序設計選擇最適當的加工方式 4.培養合作學習與問題解決的能力 5.養成收集資料事實的運用在加工程序的設計上 6.培養安全的工作習慣與正確的工作態度 7.對於有機特化物使用在模型製作材料使用安全的注意 8.訓練學生日後對於模型製作的加工程序設計可以與適當的運用機具來輔助 9.學生修畢此課程後能對模型的製作有良好的概念及充分的了解與技能對於日後所設計的作品能適當的選擇材料及加工的方式且運用適合的機具來加以製作已達事半功倍的效果 10.企業面對全球化與知識經濟時代的挑戰對於人力資源之需求已由傳統上以學歷 技術 經驗為選才依據的觀念 逐漸轉換為具備思考 解決問題與組織協同合作之能力 11.讓學生能培養其創意能力熟悉整體製造過程實踐個人創意理念為未來職場奠下良好的基礎1. First introduce the materials required to identify the model and the relevant mechanical equipment used 2. Be able to correctly select mechanical equipment to assist in model production 3. After training, the machining program design for model production can be assisted with appropriate operating equipment. 9. After completing this course, students can have a good concept of model production and a full understanding of the skills. The materials and processing methods can be appropriately selected for the works designed in the future, and the use of suitable equipment to produce them has achieved twice the result with half the effort. 10. The challenge of globalization and knowledge economic era. The demand for human resources has been traditionally based on learning technology experience as the concept of choosing. It has gradually changed to thinking and ability to solve problems and collaborate with organizations. 11. Allow students to cultivate their creative abilities and be familiar with the overall manufacturing process to implement personal creative concepts to lay a good foundation for future careers


課程概述 Course Description

具備創意思考、解決問題與組織協同能力,是企業在面對全球知識經濟化的挑戰,對員工選才的基本要求。現代學校教育必須適時調整,因應企業之需求,培養學生創造思考能力,提昇其未來職場競爭力。本教學課程以模型製作為例,將創造思考教學概念,融入傳統的製造實習課程中,目的是讓學生在學得諸多理論之餘,能有一個磨練技巧與實踐創意理念的機會。 教授課程之專業能力 1.安全衛生管理:因應大專院校,納入勞工安全衛生法規,所以必須對上課 學生實施勞工安全教育訓練。 2.鉗工丙級執照:對於學生施行金屬加工的訓練。 3.對學生教導真空成型機的操作訓練。
Having creative thinking, solving problems and organizing capabilities is a basic requirement for an enterprise to face challenges to global knowledge economics and employees. Modern school education must be adjusted appropriately. According to the needs of enterprises, students can cultivate their ability to create thinking and improve their future career competition. This teaching course takes model production as an example, and will create and think about teaching concepts and integrate them into the traditional manufacturing practice course. The purpose is to allow students to have an opportunity to practice skills and implement creative ideas when they learn a lot of theoretical theory. Professional ability to teach courses 1. Safety and Hygiene Management: Because colleges and universities are included in the safety and health regulations for workers, they must be included in the courses. Students implement labor safety education and training. 2. C-level license for craftsmanship: training for students to perform metal processing. 3. Teach students the operation training of vacuum forming machine.
